We are native Nebraskans and have called Omaha home for a total of 16 years.  We have been married for 24 years and are the very proud parents of two children. Our grandfathers both built successful businesses in small town Tilden, Nebraska and our fathers continue to grow the family businesses to this day. Deda's father, Larry has owned Elkhorn Valley Real Estate for almost 40 years and Chris' father, Harry, and brother Stan continue to run Quick Serve Oil Company, founded in 1920.

We both have college degrees –– Chris earned his in Business and Marketing and Deda in Education. We supported each others efforts through school.
